1. Who we are
Artwork Lab LLC operates Lovely Wedding Templates at https://lovelyweddingtemplates.com (the “Store”). The Store uses a self-hosted WordPress website with WooCommerce. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you browse the Store, place an order, create an account, or contact us.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Store, we may collect:
- contact and checkout details, including email address, first and last name, billing address, and a phone number if you choose to supply one;
- order details, including purchased products, order amount, currency, status, and payment method reference or status;
- account details if you create a WordPress/WooCommerce customer account;
- communications you send to us for customer service or privacy requests; and
- technical information generated by the website, security systems, or host, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request records, and server logs.
The checkout is for digital products and does not request a shipping address. We do not claim to collect wishlist, review, exchange, or physical-shipping data where those functions are not used.
3. How we use information
We use personal information as necessary to operate the Store, process and fulfill purchases, provide template access, administer customer accounts when created, communicate about orders, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, secure and maintain the website, resolve disputes, and keep transaction and business records required for accounting, recordkeeping, or applicable law.
4. Orders and WooCommerce
WooCommerce records information needed to manage a purchase, including the customer and billing details submitted at checkout, order contents, amount, currency, status, and payment-related references. Guest checkout is enabled, so an account is not required to purchase. If you create an account, the WordPress/WooCommerce site stores the account details needed to provide it. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
5. Payments – Stripe
Stripe is the approved payment processor. Information needed to process and protect a payment may be sent to Stripe, including transaction amount, billing information, payment-related identifiers, device or request information, and fraud or security information required by Stripe. Complete payment-card numbers and card security codes are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the WooCommerce website database. Stripe processes information under its own practices and terms. 6. Digital template fulfillment – Templett
Templett is the current digital-template editing and fulfillment provider for applicable products. To provide access to a purchased template, we may share the order information that is necessary for fulfillment, such as customer email address, customer name or username where available, order information, and the purchased product or template information. Templett may create or associate a customer account and send access information for the purchased template. See the Templett Privacy Policy.
7. Email communications – Zoho Mail
We use Zoho Mail to send order-related communications, send customer-service communications, and receive support or privacy requests. Customer and contact information may be processed through Zoho when necessary for those purposes. We do not describe Zoho as an advertising or marketing service for this Store. 8. Hosting and technical information
The WordPress website and WooCommerce database use Bluehost/Newfold hosting infrastructure. Hosting providers necessarily store or process website and database information and may generate server logs, IP and request information, and other technical data needed to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the Store. See the Newfold Privacy Center.
9. Cookies
The Store may use cookies or similar local technologies that are essential to operate WordPress and WooCommerce, including shopping-cart and session functions, checkout continuity, login or account sessions, security, and operational preferences. As of the date above, the Store does not represent that advertising cookies are active.
10. Analytics and advertising
As of the date above, independent marketing analytics, advertising pixels, and advertising-audience tracking are not configured for the intended launch storefront. We will update this policy and provide any required choices or notices if those services are enabled later.
11. How we share information
We share personal information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that operate the Store and fulfill orders, including Stripe for payment processing, Templett for applicable digital-template access, Zoho for transactional and support email, and Bluehost/Newfold for hosting. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect the Store, customers, or others, to prevent fraud or abuse, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction. We do not claim to sell personal information or to use it for targeted advertising in the current launch configuration.
12. Data retention
WooCommerce automatic retention-duration fields are not currently configured. We therefore do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. We retain order, account, communication, and technical records only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, security, accounting and recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Records are deleted or anonymized when no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable requirements and technical limitations.
13. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may request access to information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable, and information about your stored data. Some requests may be limited by identity verification, security, fraud prevention, and legitimate accounting, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. 14. International processing
Our service providers and infrastructure may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ from those in your location. We do not promise that all information remains in one country, and this policy does not assert a specific transfer mechanism that has not been confirmed for the relevant provider and processing activity.
15. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the Store and the information it processes. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Please do not send payment-card details or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email.
16. Children’s privacy
The Store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the request.
17. Third-party links and services
The Store may link to or rely on services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices apply to their independent processing, and we encourage you to review their policies. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Store, service providers, legal requirements, or our practices. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated date.
